I offer gender-affirming haircuts, transparent pricing, and a gratuity-free experience. Tipping is not expected or accepted. I believe hair is one of the most personal forms of self-expression. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or fail to arrive, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged, which is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and the same fee will apply.
NO KID ZONE:
To ensure a relaxing environment, please arrive unaccompanied, including children, friends, and family. My suite does not accommodate additional guests, as it is small and contains breakable items and hazardous materials. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
REFUND POLICY:
All services are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the owner of Tell Me A Hairy Tale. Any refunds issued are considered a courtesy and do not establish an obligation to provide refunds in the future. This policy is subject to applicable law.
